Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MedRecall (the “Service”), operated by MedRecall. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use MedRecall.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and one account per person.

Subscriptions, trials & billing

• MedRecall is offered through paid plans (Basic, Plus, Pro). Some plans may begin with a 7-day free trial.
• The free trial does not require a payment method and is never charged — when the trial ends, access simply pauses until you choose to subscribe. If you do subscribe, paid subscriptions automatically renew every month at the price shown when you subscribed, and your payment method is charged each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime (in the app’s plan settings or the Stripe billing portal); access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.
• You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the current billing period; payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights while using the Service.
• Upload content you don’t have the right to use, or share copyrighted exam material you are not licensed to distribute.
• Abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security of the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service or its content without permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the decks, cards, and notes you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you (including sending it to our AI provider to generate responses). You are responsible for the content you upload.

AI-generated content

MedRecall uses AI to generate and explain study material. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is provided for study support only, is not medical or professional advice, and is not a substitute for official MCAT preparation materials. Verify important information before relying on it.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular exam score or result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date above.
